Kasumi Ren

Since its formation in 2006, Kasumi Ren has remained true to its founding philosophy: “to pursue graceful and captivating dance, while always keeping a pure love for Awa Odori.”

Over the past 20 years, the group has grown to more than 100 members, while continuing to value respect, courtesy, and the spirit of taking on new challenges.

With sharp, dynamic sashi-odori dancing and the grooving rhythms of traditional festival music, Kasumi Ren brings an innovative edge to the traditions of Awa Odori.

This year, once again, Kasumi Ren is ready to bring its energy and excitement to Asakusa!
