Horikiri Ayame Ren

We are Horikiri Ayame Ren, from Katsushika City, one of Tokyo’s traditional downtown areas.

Founded in 2000 with the aim of bringing energy and vitality to our hometown of Horikiri, we are proud to celebrate our 26th anniversary this year.

We practice together with joy and dedication, hoping to bring the same beauty and vibrant colors to our performances as the ayame iris flower that inspires our name.

Please enjoy the charming children’s dance, graceful women’s dance, powerful men’s dance, and traditional festival music rooted in the fundamentals of Awa Odori.
